1. Exit and sign out of The Raiser's Edge and out of the Hosting Portal.
2. On the workstation, go to Start > Control Panel > Printers and Faxes.
Note: These instructions are for a Windows XP workstation.  The path will be different on Windows 7/Vista.
3. Note which printer is set as the default.
4. Right click on another print and select Set as Default Printer.
5. Right click on the desired printer and select Set as Default Printer.
6. Close the Printer and Faxes window.
7. Sign into The Raiser's Edge. 
8. Attempt to run the report again.
