When FundWare freezes it may be necessary to end task. All users do not have access to Task Manager on the server to accomplish this however.
1. Locate the server name. This is often located at the top of the remote desktop session. 2. On the user's workstation go to Start, Run, enter mstsc, press enter. 3. Enter the IP address, click OK, then log in. 4. You should now have access to the server's Start menu. 5. Click Start, Run, enter cmd 6. To see what user is logged in, enter the following: Qwinsta /server:[server name]. This will show all users connected to the server (and FundWare) and their Session ID. 7. To disconnect the user, enter the following: Rwinsta /server:[servername] [session id]
