1. Navigate to Communities > Special Events > Friends Asking Friends > Kintera Thon.
    • If the participant hasn't registered for this year's event but wants to use last year's login information, be sure to complete these steps through last year's event and not the current event.
  2. Hover over your event and select Bookkeeping.  
  3. Click Manage Initiative Records.
  4. Search the participant who needs the reset to be sent to them
  5. Click Edit next to the participant's name
  6. Under the username information, click the link "Send Reset Password Link now"

This will send the reset, to the email address the participant has on file, prompting the user to change his or her password and security question and answer.
