- Change the drop-down where the template is selected until a template is found that prints the report correctly.
- Change the template Style
- In Print Manager, click Edit, Templates and highlight the template in use
- Click Edit
- Change the Style (e.g. from Direct Printing to Windows Printing Template)
- Click OK and try to print
- If using terminal services, change the print driver being used at the server (ie PCL5 to PCL6)
- Contact Fundware Support and provide the name of the problematic template so that a new one can be sent to you.
