The template being used to print the report has either changed or become corrupted. Follow the steps below to troubleshoot:
  1. Change the drop-down where the template is selected until a template is found that prints the report correctly.
  2. Change the template Style
    • In Print Manager, click Edit, Templates and highlight the template in use
    • Click Edit
    • Change the Style (e.g. from Direct Printing to Windows Printing Template)
    • Click OK and try to print
  3. If using terminal services, change the print driver being used at the server (ie PCL5 to PCL6)
  4. Contact Fundware Support and provide the name of the problematic template so that a new one can be sent to you.
