When tabbing out of the Constituent Name field in a gift batch, user may receive a 'Class does not support automation or does not support expected interface' error. This can occur when accessing your database via the Blackbaud Hosting Services Metaframe.
This issue is unique to the hosting server you are accessing. Click Chat with Support and reference this article. If you need immediate access while you wait for a support analyst to contact you, log out and log back in to access another server. In addition to the server name, please be ready to provide the following information:
