There are times when a user may want to require participants to enter certain information when registering for an event. For example, the event may include additional services, such as child care. Requiring this additional information will aid the hosting nonprofit with their planning. When creating an event that requires the age of participants, users would like to be able to make the year mandatory for participants to enter into the date field.
Create a NetEvent page. On the Event description page of the NetSolutions-Web Event Wizard, include a note in the details section that instructs registrants to include the desired information, such as the year or age of the child.
