After sending a mailing, some email addresses may be blacklisted by Sphere for various reasons. When applicable and appropriate, an organization may request an email address be removed from the Blackbaud-managed Blacklist. This solution outlines the steps for having someone removed from the Sphere blacklist.
Please include the email address(es) to be removed, along with email(s) from the recipient advising they would like to receive these mailings. The request cannot exceed 50 emails and requires authorization from the blacklisted email addressee(s) that he or she requests to receive your mailings.
Note: We recommend you include a zipped file with a copy of each message from the blacklisted email addressee containing their request to be removed.
