Please perform the following steps to resolve the issue:

1.  Go to Administration, Application, Catalog browser
2.  From the Tasks frame, select Load all catalog items
3.  Unmark the "Only load items that have never been loaded" option
4.  Unmark ALL of the catalogs except for Blackbaud.AppFx.Constituent.Catalog.DLL and Blackbaud.AppFx.Constituent.CatalogV1_1.DLL
5.  Select Start

NOTE:  These steps should not be performed during normal business hours as it can cause performance issues.  We suggest you run this process when all users are logged out of the database.
