Both the Cash Requirements Report and the Invoice Distribution Report can be used to report on unpaid invoices.  If the two are not matching, there is more than likely an invoice on one of the reports that is missing on the other.

1. Review the two reports and determine what invoice or invoices are causing the discrepancy.
2. Open the invoice and make note of the invoice date, stage date, and date it was entered.
3. Adjust the date parameters on the report that the invoice is missing on so that it is included.
