- Log into The Raiser's Edge as Supervisor.
- Go to Admin, Security.
- Open the user group of the affected user name.
- Under Group Privileges, highlight Records and click Options.
- In Constituents, scroll down to the Appeals row.
- Mark the Edit checkbox in this row.
- Click OK.
- Save and Close the security group.
- Ask the affected users to exit and sign out of the database. When the affected user logs back in, the appeal will automatically be added to the Appeals tab of the constituent record after adding a new gift. This will occur if the new gift contains an appeal that the constituent does not already have on their constituent record.
