Follow each of the steps below until the issue is resolved: 
  1. Verify the user has rights to the destination folder if on a network
  2. Verify that the network drives are mapped correctly
  3. Verify that the Windows user has the necessary NTFS permissions to use The Raiser's Edge
  4. Recreate the Windows user profile on the workstation
  5. Uninstall/Reinstall The Raiser's Edge on the workstation
