If Microsoft Groove 2007 is installed on the workstation, uninstall it.
If Microsoft Office 2010 is installed on the workstation, uninstall Sharepoint 2010.
If the issue persists,
- Change the print settings before opening the Report or Query by clicking on File > Print Setup in The Raiser's Edge.
- Preview the output (for Report or Mailings), then change the Print Setup by clicking on the Print Setup icon from the preview window
If this issue does not affect all users, copy the user options from an unaffected user to the affected user.
