The Fraternity/Sorority field on education relationship records is normally a text field (users must type in text) but can be made a 'lookup' field in Config, Fields. If it is made a lookup field, this creates a table for it in Config, Tables. Users may wish to clean up this table by replacing incorrect entries with the correct ones, and so on. By default, this option is not available once the field is made a lookup field.
If the field is marked as a lookup field in Config, Fields, under Education/School, users will not have the ability to use the Table Cleanup wizard on it. However, if Lookup is unmarked for this field, the table will remain in Config, Tables, and the Table Cleanup button will become enabled and can be used to delete entries within the table. This however will not change the values on the constituent records, because it is again considered a text field and is no longer associated with the table.
When a user marks the checkbox to reactivate the Lookup option, a prompt will be received: Do you wish to create a table for the Fraternity Field? If we click 'Yes' this does not add an additional lookup table for the Fraternity Field, but it will add any values that are on the records and not in the table.
