All files must be exported to this location when Hosted so that the file will be saved to the Files Folder. Follow these steps in order to resolve this issue:

  1. Open the Donor Acknowledgement Letters parameter file.
  2. Click Merge.
  3. In the Save document as field, click the ellipses.
  4. Select the My Documents folder and click OK or Navigate to the desired location and click OK
  5. Click OK to execute the merge.
