The Post Revenues and Expenses will create the GLREEX report in addition to a trace report. The GLREEX report lists both the revenue and expense account in the system in addition to the amounts that were needed to zero out the balances. This report also lists the Fund Balance accounts that the Revenue and Expense accounts will close to based on the mask that is entered during this process.
The Post Revenues and Expense will also create a trace report showing the entries that zero out the revenue expense accounts in addition to the entries to the Fund Balance accounts. These entries will post to the closing period on the last day of the fiscal year.
The Roll Beginning Balances will create a trace report showing a posting to the Beginning Period. This would be the first day of the next fiscal year.
