1. Go to Communities > Special Events > Friends Asking Friends > Kintera Thon
  2. Hover over your Thon's name and select Webinfo Checklist
  3. Click Website Features
  4. Scroll down to the Event Teams section
  5. Find the box that says "Team Member Limit - Enter the maximum number of participants that may join each team"
  6. Enter your maximum quantity.
    • Note, that this total number should include the team captain.
  7. Click Save at the bottom
  8. Return to your Webinfo Checklist and update the event
Now, when participants go to register from the Home page, and select the radio button "Join a team", the drop down menu will only show groups under the quantity you decided upon. Once the group has reached the maximum number of participants, the team name will not appear in the drop down.
