Once the division is created in FundWare's Division Maintenance module, you must add security to that division:
  1. From the menu tree on the left, open Security, Users.
  2. Double-click on a user to add security to the new division.
  3. Scroll the division list in the lower section of the screen until you find the new division.
  4. Note the four security groups:
  • Administrator
  • Data Entry
  • Finance Manager
  • Inquiry Only
  1. Select one group that best matches the users job requirement in FundWare and select that group by clicking the checkbox on the left side of the screen.
  2. Click OK to save changes to this user.
  3. Repeat steps above as needed for additional users.
