Another common reason people do not receive emails is that their email inboxes might have strong filters to protect them from receiving unsolicited emails. If the email address is a company email address, your recipient's company firewall may not be letting those emails go through. I would recommend asking your company IT department to allow emails with a kintera.com address by letting in anything that ends with:
