The state tax did not calculate because there were changes made to the employee's record after a timesheet was created for this employee. In order to add the state tax for the pay run create a one time deduction.

1. Select the Net Pay Calculation Folder.
2. Click One-Time Deductions.
3. Enter the State Tax Data Item.
4. Enter the total amount for the tax.
5. Enter in the Basis Amount (total pay for that pay cycle).
