Once a requisition created in WebPurchasing is approved, line items can still be edited in The Financial Edge. On the Line Item tab, you can add or change information:

  1. Open the line item.
  2. On the Line Item tab in the Vendor Name, select Date required.
  3. Change the information in the External notes and Internal notes fields.

Note: Depending on your business rules, you can change the values in the Amount/quantity frame and reroute the requisition through the approval process. If a requisition line item is rejected, it can be copied and recreated to be sent back through the approval process. Other approved line items in the requisition will continue through the approval process.
