Follow the steps below to resolve this issue:
  1. Log into the Raiser's Edge Web Services Server
  2. Navigate to [Drive]:\Program Files\Blackbaud\Raisers Edge WebService\Custom
  3. Double-Click on FusionDataAccessConfig.exe
  4. Highlight FE and click on edit
  5. Uncheck the Integrated Security Checkbox
  6. Click on Ok
