1. Ensure the field has been created.
  2. Navigate to the form to which the field the field should be added: 
    1. If in Forms, choose Communities > Forms, then select the type of form as applicable
    2. If the form is within a Thon event, select Communities > Special Events > Friends Asking Friends > Kintera Thon
    • Roll over the form or Thon name, then click Website Info
  3. On the Webinfo Checklist, click Form Customization or, if in a Thon, click Customize Forms
  4. Click Select on the row of the appropriate form
  5. At the top of the window, choose either the Custom Profile Fields or Custom Event Fields tab
  6. Locate the row for the field, then select the radio button in the Active or Required column
  7. Click Save
  8. Go back to the Webinfo Checklist and click Publish This Event Now
