• If running FundWare 7.6 or lower, verify installation is on a 32bit machine
  • If running in a Client\Server environment, run the convert process on the server and not the workstation
  • If running FundWare 7.7 or higher on a 64bit machine, verify DEP is set to essential Windows programs and services and then uninstall\reinstall FundWare:
  1. Right-Click on My Computer and select Properties.
  2. Select the Advanced tab.
  3. Under Performance, click the Settings button.
  4. Select the Data Execution Prevention tab
  5. Change the radio button to the top radio button, "Turn on DEP for essential Windows Programs and Services Only" and click OK.
  6. Click OK on the pop up "The changes you have made require you to restart your computer before they can take effect."
  7. Close all open windows and reboot the server.
