1. Log into System Administration (Division 00).
  2. Click the plus sign to the left of Security.
  3. Click on Users.
  4. Double click on the user profile that is receiving the error message.
  5. Make the existing user profile "INACTIVE".
  6. Click "New" to create a new profile.
  7. Fill in the requested fields to create a new user
  8.  Have the user begin using the new login credentials.
