Follow steps until issue is resolved:

  1. Open Blackbaud Management Console on server and verify database is in a Normal status
  2.  Detach and reattach database from the Blackbaud Management Console
  3.  Stop and restart SQL Server that the database is attached to
  4.  Perform all Maintenance functions for that database in the Blackbaud Management Console
  5.  Restore to a backup of the database
