1. Make a back up of your division.
2. Have all users exit and sign out of FundWare.
3. Log in to Division 00, System Administration and select System Utilities.
4. In the Execute Program section, enter the following and click Run:
Date: Today's date
Division: Your normal division should be selected in the drop down
When asked if you are sure you want to do this, select Y for Yes.
The program will say Process Complete!! at the bottom once complete and you can end the program.
5. In Division 00, System Administration, select Division Maintenance.
Highlight your division and click the Synch Accounts button.
6. Add and filter a new budget.
