RE:Search enables you to manage prospective planned and major gift donors, including individuals, corporations and foundations, from identification and profiling to the cultivation and solicitation of major gifts.


This optional module adds the Prospect tab to all your constituent records, which allows you to manage and track all types of prospect information such as:
  • Gifts made by prospective donors to other organizations and financial information such as:
    • Sources of wealth
    • Annual income
    • Real estate holdings
  • Organization's proposals, including amounts solicited, amounts funded, ratings data, and even enter extensive notes
  • And, if you subscribe to Blackbaud Analytics services, scoring information is downloaded onto the Ratings category on the Prospect tab.


Once you enter the prospect information in your database, you can use the data to generate several Prospect Research reports, such as the Outstanding Proposal report, which provides a list of proposals presented to potential donors.
