Use our 1099 Wizard for step-by-step instructions to correct a box amount or information. Click on a box for the steps to correct that box. The steps will essentially be as follows:

  1. Navigate to Accounts Payable > Records > Vendor
  2. Search for the desired Vendor and open the Vendor record
  3. Click 1099 Adjustments
  4. Enter a date from the reporting calendar year, select the appropriate box, and enter the total amount.  Enter a positive amount to increase the total by that amount, or negative to decrease the total.

If your 1099 is blank or does not print for a vendor, verify the vendor is configured to track 1099 activity and then follow the steps above to correct.
