Please include the name of the application server in use when encountering the error.

To check which server you are connected to:
  1. With the hosted application open, right click the Citrix icon in the icon tray (a blue circle with two white boxes or black circle with three white parenthesis).
  2. Click Open Connection Center or Online Sessions>Connection Center.
  3. Under Active, take down the name of the hosting server (e.g. D2PCXFRM010).
