Please include the name of the application server in use when encountering the error.
To check which server you are connected to:
- With the hosted application open, right click the Citrix icon in the icon tray (a blue circle with two white boxes or black circle with three white parenthesis).
- Click Open Connection Center or Online Sessions>Connection Center.
- Under Active, take down the name of the hosting server (e.g. D2PCXFRM010).
