Error: Please enter at least one designation when validating a batch with at least one designation for each gift

When importing a Cybersource revenue batch, at least one designation is visible for each revenue record.  However, when validating the batch, the exception "Please enter at least one designation" is returned for all rows.  If all exceptions are cleared and the batch is saved and re-opened, the exceptions will not be returned when validating again, except for split gifts.
