From under the Fundraising functional area, the Fundraising Hierarchy Progress report tracks revenue received an committed for a particular Designation Hierarchy. You notice that on the report the amount in the "Received" column is calculated incorrectly.
For example, you enter a pledge of $500 and therefore this increased the total in the "New commitments column." However, when you enter a payment of $250 towards the pledge, the "Received" amount does not increase.
To prevent double-counting of pledges made and installments paid during the same time period, totals in the Received column do not include payments applied toward pledge installments.
