Blackbaud Sphere users may create and send emails within Communications > eMail. Once the email has been sent out, the status will change to "Closed" and the Receivers link will become active. In this instance, in three different mailings, the client's emails are listed as closed, but the Receivers links are not active, leading the client to believe the mailings have not been sent.
This typically occurs shortly after the mailing has been sent. There can be up to a 24 hour delay in the link turning blue again.
