To create dynamic content in an email:
  1. Go to Communication > eMail > [Your Campaign]
  2. Click on the Content button
  3. Within the content editor, when you want to add dynamic content, click the yellow DC icon
  4. Select Standard Profile Fields, Custom Profile Fields, or Segmentation from the IF dropdown menu;  Select the field of which you wish to base the merge; Select the qualifier [equals, less than, greater than, etc.]
  5. Then select or create the content you wish to display
  6. Click Add  (You may add multiple conditional statements)
  7. Then select the content to display if those conditional statements aren't available
  8. Then click Submit
