​If a record does not have an address or the names are spelled very differently, the system will not consider the record as a duplicate. If the record does not have an address you can mark the record inactive or manually merge the constituent using the merge two constituents function in Altru.

If the record does have an address and the same name spelling use the following steps:
  1. In Constituents, click Duplicates
  2. Click Full Duplicate Search
  3. Click Edit process
  4. On the Custom settings tab, select required name confidence level to match select High 90% or even 100%
  5. Click Save
  6. Click Start process
  7. Review the new set of duplicates
