​If a record does not have an address or the names are spelled very differently, the system will not consider the record as a duplicate. If the record does have an address and the same name spelling use the following steps:
  1. In Constituents, click Duplicates
  2. Click Full Duplicate Search
  3. Click Edit process
  4. On the Custom settings tab, select required name confidence level to match select High 90% or even 100%
  5. Click Save
  6. Click Start process
  7. Review the new set of duplicates
