Ensure that you are not running a Gifts Query with the Address Line 1 and/or Address Line 2 located under Contacts > Profile > Addresses in the Available Fields for Output.  Instead use the Address Line 1 and Address Line 2 fields located under Contacts > Profile > Profile Highlights.

Using the Addresses output will include all addresses on the account and will in turn show all the gifts listed multiple times depending on the number of addresses on the account.
