This issue occurs because the affected user has an expiration date set for his or her credentials. To amend this, follow the steps below:
- Log in to Citrix with a user with administrative privileges.
- Open the User Administration tool.
- Right click the affected user, click Properties.
- Click the Account tab.
- At the bottom of the window, under Account expires, select the Never radio button or fill in the date at which you want the account to expire.
