Please follow the above steps until this issue is resolved:
 
  1. This may indicate today is the last day (day 90) that your current password is valid. If you are able to access the Blackbaud Hosting Services datacenter login, but receive Invalid Credentials loging into the Files folder with the exact same credentials, navigate on the Blackbaud Hosting Services login page to: Settings > Change Password button on next page. Update the password an login with your newly created password. NOTE: You may need to log off and back into Blackbaud Hosting Services prior to accessing the Files folder, or close and relaunch your web browser prior to logging into the Files folder. 
  2. Clear your Internet browser's temporary Internet files.
  3. Close your browser and attempt to log into the files folder from a new browser window.
  4. Reset your browser back to default settings.
  5. Close your browser and attempt to log into the files folder from a new browser window.
