This error occurs if there are no merchant accounts with a "Live" processing mode or the merchant account status is Inactive.
  1. Click Account Management > General settings
  2. Locate Account Configurations
  3. Click on the ellipses next to a configuration and select Edit
  4. Ensure "Live" is selected from the Process mode drop down menu 
  5. Ensure "Inactive" is not checked
  6. Click Save
  7. Repeat this for any remaining Account configurations if applicable
