This error occurs if there are no merchant accounts with a "Live" processing mode or the merchant account status is Inactive.
  1. In BBMS, go to the top navigation bar
  2. Select the Account Management tab > General settings
  3. From Account Configurations > Find your Blackbaud Merchant Services default configuration
  4. Click on the ellipses > Edit
  5. Ensure "Live" is selected from the Process mode drop down menu 
  6. Ensure "Inactive" is not checked
  7. Repeat this for any remaining Account configurations if applicable
  8. Click Save to update any changes
