To view, delete, approve or decline any pending Team requests in your event:
 

  1. Navigate to Communities > Special Events > Friends Asking Friends > Kintera Thon
  2. Hover over your event and select Bookkeeping
  3. Click Pending Team Requests
  4. To Delete: Mark the box next to the Individual's name and click Delete
  5. To Accept: Click on the Individual's last name and fill out the required information in the new page then click Accept Team
  6. To Decline: Click on the Individual's last name and click Decline

     

The requester will receive an E-mail notification that indicates whether the request was approved or declined.
