If your image disappears when you choose to only show securely delivered content, your image is defined in CMS using the full path:

http://www.kintera.org/atf/cf/.....

This fully defined path is forcing the image to load as unsecured content.  You can sidestep this by using a relative link to pick out your image.

Example:
http://www.kintera.org/atf/cf/%7B68A8FB46-F167-41A8-BAC3-4F919033ACD8%7D/J3T_FOR_ANIMATION.PNG

would change to /atf/cf/%7B68A8FB46-F167-41A8-BAC3-4F919033ACD8%7D/J3T_FOR_ANIMATION.PNG

Removing the http://www.kintera.org will allow the site to load the image according to the page it is loading into.  Apply this wherever you include an image in CMS.

NOTE:
If you are bringing an image in from your account-level Image Library (Control > Administration > Tools > Image Library), you can use its internal reference:
/AccountTempFiles/account903911/images/example.png

This will accomplish the same result.
