Incorrect ASCII characters in downloaded output file on address when address block has multiple lines

When an address block has multiple lines, an ASCII code of CRLF is between the breaks indicating the end of the record.
Download and install the latest patch, which contains all fixes from previous patches. If you are running an older version, download and install the latest version and then the patch.
