After clicking the Save or Save and Exit button on the custom Call Center application, the following error is generated:
An error occurred during save. This may have resulted in loss of data. Please notify a call center administrator of this issue.
Using the Call Center with RE 7.95 and below If this error is causing the credit card gifts not to be created in the RE batch please upgrade to RE 7.96 (release notes) to resolve this issue.
Using the Call Center with RE 7.96 Re-install the Call Center customization. During installation, pay particular attention to the security and table entries settings that's required as noted in the install guide.
