Error: The given key was not present in the dictionary.
Message received for some or all users trying to log into FAWeb

This error happens for  clients when a few of the most recent academic years that were marked as inactive. To resolve the error, make some of the most recent academic year active within Configuration >Tables.

 

NonHosted Clients

1. In Registrar's Office, go to Configuration, Tables. 
2. Highlight the Academic Year table and note any academic years that are marked as inactive.
3. Activate any inactive academic years by double-clicking the table entry and unmarking the Inactive checkbox.
4. Restart IIS on your FAWeb server.
5. Log into FAWeb as a Supervisor.
5. Go to Setup, Edit academic year access right for faculty.
6. For the correct school(s), mark 'Grades and Attendance' to Yes for the correct academic years. Click Save.
7. Go to Setup, Server Configuration.
8. Click Clear Server Cache.
 

 

Hosted Clients
1. In Registrar's Office, go to Configuration, Tables. 
2. Highlight the Academic Year table and note any academic years that are marked as inactive.
3  Double click the academic years > Unmark inactive > Click Okay (Make a few of the most recent years active again) 
4. Wait about 20 mins for things to refresh on the backend
5. Log into FAWeb as a supervisor >Go to Setup, Edit academic year access right for faculty.
6. For the correct school(s), mark 'Grades and Attendance' to Yes for the correct academic years. Click Save.
7. Go to Setup, Server Configuration.
8. Click Clear Server Cache.
