Blackbaud is unable to address this issue because it is related to third-party software. For assistance, contact the third-party vendor.

Naviance is not currently supported in the Blackbaud Hosting Services. Consequently, the eDocuments printer may work inconsistently or not at all when attempting to use Naviance features with your hosted application.

Existing Workarounds: 

  • You can use the Bullzip PDF printer to export your document(s) as a PDF file(s) instead of printing a physical document. This will generate a PDF file that you can save into your Hosted Files folder. You can then download that document to your local computer, then on your computer, use the eDocuments printer to transmit the document to Naviance.
  • You can attempt to print to Naviance from a local installation of your Education Edge using a backup of your hosted database.
