With the institution of PCI compliance changes to Team Approach, user passwords will need to be changed periodically (typically 90 days).  The ‘Alter Password Screen’ is now a required operation for all users to reset an expired password and should be assigned either directly as an operation or indirectly through a role on the User Preference Administration screen.
