When clicking on a tab or field in FAWeb that should open information in a new tab or window, nothing happens. The browser's pop-up blocker is disabled. For example, when clicking in Date fields, the calendar windows does not appear even though no error on the page occurs. The is caused by an additional toolbar that has been installed on the machine, which has a pop-up blocker feature enabled. For example, a Yahoo toolbar that has been loaded for Internet Explorer can cause this issue.
Open the browser and review all toolbars to see if a third-party toolbar is installed with a pop-up blocker enabled.
