1. Log into Blackbaud Sphere and browse to Communications > Email.
  2. Hover over the Campaign Name and click Manage.
  3. Click the Receiver button.
  4. Expand Contacts > Profile > Contact Fields.
  5. Click on Email to highlight it and then click Add.
  6. In the drop-down, choose Not Empty and click Ok.
  7. Save your query.
NOTE: If a constituent has un subscribed from your mailings they will not receive the email. Also, if their record is marked as Do Not Email, they will not receive it either. If there are duplicates of an email address in the system, the email will only be sent to this address one time.

NOTE: Email 2 and Email 3 cannot be pulled into the email queries.
