- Log into Blackbaud Sphere and browse to Communications > Email.
- Hover over the Campaign Name and click Manage.
- Click the Receiver button.
- Expand Contacts > Profile > Contact Fields.
- Click on Email to highlight it and then click Add.
- In the drop-down, choose Not Empty and click Ok.
- Save your query.
NOTE: Email 2 and Email 3 cannot be pulled into the email queries.
