1. In Records, Charges (or from the Activity tab of the person's record), open the charge
  2. Review the Payments/Credits tab and make note of all payments/credits applied to the charge
  3. Close the charge
  4. Open the first payment or credit
  5. Select the Student Billing Detail tab
  6. Click Application History
  7. Change the post date to the correct value.
  8. Click OK
  9. Save and close the payment or credit
  10. Repeat steps 4-9 for each payment or credit that was applied to the charge
  11. Repeat all of the above steps for each of the affected charges
  12. Validate and post
