You notice that you are unable to find a group sales order in the order search screen. For example, you go to Sales > Order search and type in the order number in the search screen and click "Search," however the order does not show up.
This occurs for groups that have not been checked in as yet.
In Group Sales, an order is not recognized until the group is checked in and complete. Before the group has been checked in, you can locate the order by going to Sales > Reservation search.
