  1. Try to print to the Boca printer from Word or Notepad. If the performance issue still exists, this is not an issue with the application and likely an issue with the printer or workstation. Please reach out to the printer manufacturer for assistance.
  2. Connect the printer to a different workstation and attempt to print from the application again. If the issue is resolved, ensure the other workstation meets the system and hardware requirements for Altru, otherwise proceed to the next step.
  3. Ensure the performance problems are not related to network or internet service provider issues by following how to troubleshoot performance issues
